At the Bryant Conference Center, we go the extra mile to ensure the success of your event.
With more than 30,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, we can customize your event room to meet your specific needs. If you plan to hold a small corporate retreat, a large conference, or anything in between, we have the space you need. Our flagship room, Sellers Auditorium, is one of the largest meeting rooms in the area and can comfortably accommodate 1,000 people.
The Bryant Conference Center also offers an executive boardroom, two tiered lecture-style classrooms, and event spaces in various sizes.
Meeting room rental prices include the presentation package, which consists of: podium, computer, 4k digital display, microphones^, white board with markers, wireless remote, laser pointer, and use of registration desk/lobby.
^Microphones are subject to availability and based on room size.
Additional audio/visual equipment and technical assistance are available through the Media Department on a daily rental basis.
All meetings/events are subject to the required beverage break fee. The fee is based on per person, per day. It includes: unlimited beverage service, beverage preparation and setup, and staff service. Rates:
1 Hour Meetings: $3.50 per person
Half Day (2-4 hours): $6.25 per person*
Full Day (4-8 hours): $9.25 per person
Extended Day (8-12 hours): $10.00 per person
*half day rate applies to half day room rentals of 8a-12p or 1p-5p only. Cannot carry over through the lunch hour.
Prices are subject to change. The Bryant Conference Center staff caters all beverage breaks and outside drinks are not permitted without prior approval of BCC director.
