Meals/Receptions/Continental Breakfasts
Food Function Catering may be provided through the Bryant Conference Center, Four Points Catering, or Classic Fare Catering. If you choose another caterer they must have proper permitting by the Health Department plus proof of insurance. The caterer must sign a contract with the Bryant Conference Center and you will be charged 15% of the catering fee as a BCC Service Charge.

If additional food items (pastries, etc.) or beverage items are requested, they will be billed separately and placed inside the meeting room. Clients will not be allowed to bring in food or beverage items.

Alcohol may be served at the Bryant Conference Center under the following conditions:

The Four Points Sheraton maintains a license to sell alcohol at Bryant Conference Center functions. They will be happy to provide bars, setups, bartenders, and everything necessary for the service.

Under special circumstances, your caterer may simply serve alcohol that has been purchased by you. This must be approved and coordinated by your Conference Manager.

The Bryant Conference Center requires University Security be present at functions where alcohol is served. We will be happy to make those arrangements for you and add the cost to your bill. The rate charged is $45 per officer per hour, with a minimum of a four-hour shift. The recommended ratio of security officers/guest is at least one officer per 150 guests.
