With more than 30,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, we can customize your event room to meet your specific needs. If you plan to hold a small corporate retreat, a large conference, or anything in between, we have the space you need. Our flagship room, Sellers Auditorium, is one of the largest meeting rooms in the area and can comfortably accommodate 1,000 people.
The Bryant Conference Center also offers two executive boardrooms, two tiered lecture-style classrooms, and event spaces in various sizes.
Meeting room rental prices include the presentation package, which consists of: podium, computer, projector, microphones, flip charts, white board with markers, table tents, wireless remote, laser pointer, and use of registration desk/lobby and kitchen.
Additional audio/visual equipment and technical assistance are available through the Media Department on a daily rental basis.
All meetings/events are subject to the required service fee of $3.75 per person, per day. The service fee includes: parking, unlimited beverage service, beverage preparation and setup, and staff service.
All events must have a signed contract returned within 14 days of the booking or the event space will be released. All events must also submit a 25% nonrefundable deposit of the event space within 14 days, or the event space will be released. This deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.
